Quest North Sydney is currently seeking motivated and guest-focused team members to join our housekeeping team on a casual basis, across a variety of roles including Room Attendants, Public Area Attendants, and Housepersons.
The successful applicants will be:
Passionate about guest experience
- delivering friendly, personalised service that makes every stay comfortable and memorable.
Versatile and hands-on
- assisting with room servicing, deep cleans, public area presentation, linen handling,



and general housekeeping support duties.
Detail-oriented
- maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout guest rooms and public spaces. Pride in presentation making the property feel like home.
Team players
- working collaboratively in a supportive team environment where reliability and a positive attitude are highly valued.
Reliable, flexible and efficient
- demonstrating a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible daytime hours
- Housekeeping shifts are available between 7:00am and 4:00pm with no night work required. While this is a casual role, we ideally look for team members available for shifts of around 5 hours, however shorter shifts can be accommodated.
Availability
- weekend and public holiday availability is preferred.
Positive attitude & initiative
- able to work independently and take pride in maintaining high standards.
Physical capability
- comfortable with the physical nature of housekeeping duties, including lifting, bending and being on your feet for extended periods.
Previous experience in hotel housekeeping is preferred, and experience using Flexkeeping is highly regarded.
