Multi-Disciplinary Graphic & Web Designer

We're looking for an all-rounder creative. A strategic, proactive, multi-skilled designer who can bring the ideas, design, deliver and own the full rollout - from ideation to completion.
n
This is a hands-on creative position where no two days are the same. You'll work across the full creative and digital landscape - from designing websites and developing compelling brands, designing collateral, to creating content, advertising, filming and editing reels, strategies, photography through to rolling out marketing campaigns. You'll understand how design, content, SEO, PPC and marketing all work together, with the ability to adapt creative for different platforms, audiences and objectives.

We're looking for a self-starter who brings ideas to the table, asks smart questions, creates exceptional work, manages competing deadlines and follows projects through to completion. If you're passionate about design, media, communications, websites, advertising and digital content - and love working across different creative disciplines - we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
n
Design for websites, digital advertising for Meta, TikTok and Google, EDMs, social media, collateral and signage
n
Experience in paid search campaigns PPC, Meta Advertising, SEO, CRM, EDM marketing
n
Collaborate with a killer team of creatives and strategists and provide art direction on various shoots
n
Tackle briefs,



lead projects and juggle multiple projects with style and ease
n
Be the team's go-to problem-solver - fixing things you know how to and figuring it out when you don't
n
About You
n
Minimum 2 years skilled industry experience in Graphic Design and Web Design
n
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Capcut
n
A great eye for layout, typography and visual storytelling
n
Experience creating content for social media and digital advertising including photo and video
n
Experience in Google Advertising, Meta and TikTok Advertising, SEO, CRM, EDM Marketing
n
A confident communicator, conceptual thinker and strong writing capability with excellent attention to detail
n
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
n
Confidence working both autonomously and collaboratively, and being able to coordinate and art direct with other creatives, photographers, videographers and suppliers
n
