We are seeking a driven NS to lead our Ipswich Early Education Centre. In this role, you will inspire, motivate, and empower a dedicated team of early childhood professionals to deliver excellence every single day. Must haves
n
n
A proven track record or delivering exceptional results in a centre
n
Previous experience in an Early Childhood Education leadership role
n
Diploma of Early Childhood Education or actively pursuing one.
n
Current Qld Blue Card.
n
Passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for children.

Your Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including administration, health and safety, compliance, and staff development, ensuring the highest standards are met.
n
Drive occupancy and exceed targets while delivering exceptional care to families.

Foster a culture of growth and development, empowering your team to reach their full potential.

Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements, manage staff rosters and ratios, and maintain strong supervision.

Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, and staff to create a thriving and supportive community.

is a long-standing, community-focused service located opposite Leichhardt State School, caring for 75 children from birth to school age.
