Commercial Property Operations Coordinator

The Role
n
Join a well-established commercial property organisation in a varied role combining administration, tenant support and coordination across a large commercial precinct.
n
This is ideal for someone from a CommercialProperty Administrator, Facilities Coordinator, Lease Administrator or Commercial Property Manager background who enjoys the organisational side of property.
n
You'll support the Property team with:
n
n
Tenant and property administration
n
Maintaining lease information, files and databases
n
Drafting correspondence and responding to tenant enquiries
n
Coordinating maintenance and property requestsTracking compliance matters and follow-ups
n
Assisting with lease transactions and documentation
n
Monitoring property budgets, rental income and outgoings
n
Preparing reports and management updates
n
Supporting property projects and internal departments
n
n

The Candidate

We're looking for someone with:

Commercial Property, facilities or administration experienceStrong organisation and attention to detail

Confident communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Robust systems, database and reporting skills
n
A proactive and practical approach
