Surveyor
(Graduate/Associate/Registered)

Project Urban is growing, and we're looking for a Surveyor to join our Sunshine Coast team.
n
Project Urban is a multidisciplinary development consultancy providing Surveying, Town Planning, Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, Project Management and Liquor Licensing services across the Sunshine Coast and broader South-East Queensland.
n
This is a full-time role offering the opportunity to work across a diverse range of development projects alongside our experienced planning, design and project teams.

The Role
n
As part of our Surveying team, you'll be involved in a variety of field and office-based work, including:
n
n
Cadastral Surveys (with suitable registration, under supervision).
n
Topographic Surveys (from residential to large-scale development sites).
n
Preparation of accurate survey plans, reports and documentation.
n
Interpretation of design drawings and survey documentation.
n
Collaboration with planners, project managers and other disciplines.
n
Liaising with clients, other consultants and subcontractors.
n
Maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality and safety.
n
n
The role is based on a standard 38-Hour Week plus overtime, with a company vehicle and phone to be provided.

About You
n
We're looking for someone with:
n
n
Registration with the Surveyors Board of Queensland as an associate, graduate or full Surveyor registration status, or the capability to be registered.
n




Relevant Tertiary Qualifications in Surveying.
n
Strong technical surveying skills and experience with Trimble survey equipment preferred, including Total Stations and GNSS.
n
Experience with AutoCAD/Civil3D drafting software advantageous.
n
An understanding of land development, construction and Queensland Surveying standards.
n
Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy.
n
Good communication and teamwork skills.
n
Full Australian Working Rights required.
