The ideal applicant will have the following attributes:

A willingness to learn/enhance the knowledge and skill of all aspects
ofpropertymanagement
n
Professional and well presented
n
Possess at least the licence agent II qualification or work towords this qualification
n
High attention to detail and willingness to take direction
n
A valid NSW drivers Licence & own vehicle
n
Knowledge of property management software like property tree etc..
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
Answering the phone and counterfor
thepropertymanagementdepartment
n
Liaising with clients & providing exceptional customer service
n
Processing applications and onboarding new tenants
n
Marketing & online advertising properties
n
Carry out routine inspections & preparing reports
n
Manage the day-to-
daypropertymanagementtasks,
including tenant communications, maintenance coordination,
andpropertyinspections.
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and landlords to ensure outstanding service and satisfaction.
n
Handles all tenant applications
andpropertyviewings.
n
Manage rent increases, new leases, and lease renewals, etc.
n
In charge of
propertymanagementteam




with day-to-day tasks
n

Strong communication and organisational skills – we need someone with excellent attention to detail and solid administrative skills to manage tasks efficiently and effectively.
