Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes and the community.

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.

Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients’ health conditions.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes in health status.

Promote a safe and supportive environment for clients and their families.

Engage clients in social and recreational activities to enhance their well-being.

Qualifications:

Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification.

Previous experience in aged care or a similar role is preferred.

Current First Aid and CPR certification is desirable.
