About the Role
n
We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to support a major Financial Health transformation programme. This is a senior stakeholder-facing role requiring strong business analysis, financial services experience and the ability to translate complex business needs into practical technology solutions.
n
You will work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders across strategy, requirements, delivery and implementation.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead end-to-end business analysis across transformation initiatives.
n
Work with senior stakeholders to understand business objectives and define solutions.
n
Lead requirements gathering, analysis, documentation and traceability.
n
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment.
n
Analyse business processes, customer needs, risks and opportunities.
n
Develop business cases, options analysis and support investment decisions.
n
Work closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk and Compliance teams.
n
Define and support UAT, business readiness and implementation activities.
n
Identify risks, assumptions, dependencies and opportunities for improvement.
n




Contribute to governance, programme reporting and stakeholder communications.
n
Mentor and support other Business Analysts where required.

About You
n
n
7 to 10 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, ideally within financial services or consumer finance.
n
Strong understanding of financial health, financial inclusion, lending, debt management, savings and consumer vulnerability.
n
Proven experience working on complex transformation programmes in regulated environments.
n
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience engaging senior leaders.
n
Excellent requirements gathering, process analysis and documentation skills.
n
Experience working across Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
n
Understanding of financial services regulatory, risk and compliance requirements.
n
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
n
Experience with UAT and end-to-end project delivery.
n
Experience in financial health or financial inclusion programmes.
n
Exposure to open banking, consumer lending or debt advice.
n
Experience in customer-centric or outcomes-based transformation programmes.
n
Previous experience in government, financial services or the not-for-profit sector.
