Job Description
Yo-Chi Chatswood is seeking a Venue General Manager to lead a busy, high-energy venue in Chatswood.
You will shape team culture, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and ensure effective on-floor leadership across shifts.
You'll coach, develop, and motivate your team in real time, while overseeing daily operations, labour, COGS, and P&L; to drive solid commercial performance.
A passion for hospitality and community connection is essential.
