What You'll Be Doing
Driving territory performancethrough specialist engagement, hospital visits, clinical discussions and strategic call planning
Building long‐term relationshipswith Endocrinologists, Cardiologists, Gastroenterologists and hospital teams
Executing territory plansaligned to national sales and marketing strategy
Identifying new prescriber groupstreating chronic metabolic conditions
Monitoring competitor activityand adapting your approach to maximise impact
Collaborating cross‐functionallywith Sales, Marketing, Market Access,



Medical and Regulatory
Maintaining accurate reportingacross CRM, Medicines Australia requirements and internal systems

This role requires regular travel and strong autonomy, supported by a high‐performing QLD team.
Who This Suits
An experienced, commercially driven HSR who brings:
3+ years' ethical pharmaceutical sales experience, ideally hospital or specialist
Tertiary qualificationsin Science, Nursing, Paramedical or Business (preferred)
Solid clinical communication skillsand confidence discussing complex disease areas
High learning agility, curiosity and resilience
Proven territory management capabilityand a track record of exceeding targets
Residencyin Brisbane South/Eastor nearby
A valid driver's licence and full Australian working rights
