Job Description
AAR Consulting Group seeks a Senior Business Analyst to shape the future HR operating model for a major NSW Government HCM transformation. You will work across the Future Operating Model and Business Reform pillars, engaging senior executives and SMEs to understand capabilities, processes and data.

You will challenge assumptions, manage resistance and translate strategic objectives into explicit, technology-agnostic requirements that drive design outcomes before finalising technology choices.
