Job Description
Grampians Community Health is seeking a Multidisciplinary Counsellor (Aged Care) to join our team in Sydney.
This permanent Part-time role offers 30.4 hours per week and an hourly rate ranging from $***** to $*****.
You will provide psychosocial support to older adults, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and contribute to person-centred care within our community health service.
