About the Role
n
This position involves working across our bar, gaming and hospitality areas, ensuring patrons receive skilled and efficient service at all times.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Providing exceptional customer service to members and guests
n
Serving beverages in accordance with RSA requirements
n
Operating gaming machines and TAB facilities
n
Handling cash, EFTPOS and gaming transactions accurately
n
Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of bar and gaming areas
n
Assisting with venue promotions, events and daily operations
n
Ensuring compliance with club policies and responsible gambling practices
n

About You

The successful applicant will:

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Enjoy working as part of a team
n
Be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
n
Have previous hospitality experience (preferred but not essential)

Essential Requirements

Current NSW RSA Competency Card
n
Current NSW RCG Competency Card
n
Ability to obtain a Police Check if required
