As a Sales & Design Consultant at Casa Ceramica, you'll be at the heart of the showroom experience — welcoming clients, guiding them through our curated tile and stone collections, and seeing their project through from first inspiration to confirmed order.
It's a role that blends genuine sales skill with a love of design and people.
Key Responsibilities
You will be the front of house, Welcoming customers and run engaging showroom consultations
Guide clients through tile and stone selections to suit their style, budget, and project needs
Build lasting relationships with homeowners, builders, and designers
Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage enquiries efficiently
Follow up leads and convert opportunities into sales
Deliver a smooth, positive customer experience from selection through to order
Maintain an organised, beautifully presented showroom at all times
About You
Full Australian working rights (essential)
Saturday availability (essential), plus flexibility across 1–4 weekdays
Previous sales experience in a similar role highly preferred




Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with computers, POS systems, and Xero
A genuine passion for interiors, design, and delivering great customer service
Pro‐active, always identifying opportunities to support others
