The role involves providing first class customer service to international travellers by the buying and selling of foreign currency. You will be responsible for:

Servicing customer enquiries and securing FX deals
/n
/n
Building customer rapport and repeat business
/n
/n
Daily branch duties
/n

Additional Information:

It is essential that you have previous Retail or Customer Service Experience.
/n
/n
You must have excellent communication skills and be able to negotiate with customers by helping them understand their foreign currency needs.
/n
/n
The ideal candidate will have a flair for sales who can promote our services whilst working towards and achieving targets. The role will suit someone who is self-motivated, has an energetic attitude and can adhere to procedures.
/n
/n

You must have the ability to work under pressure.

Part time Hours: Four days at circa 30 hours per week including Saturday work.

Full time: 5 out of 7 days including weekend work.

Base hourly wage + award penalties / loadings.

You must be eligible to work in Australia.
/n
/n
