Located in Coolangatta QLD 4225, Espresso Cooly, operated by The Trustee for Sun's Family Trust, is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and support the effective delivery of food and beverage services.

/n Key Responsibilities

Managing the day-to-day operations of the venue to ensure efficient and professional service.

/n
Supervising, training and coordinating front-of-house staff.

/n
Coordinating staff rosters, shifts and daily staffing requirements.

/n
Monitoring customer satisfaction and responding professionally to enquiries, feedback and complaints.

/n
Managing stock levels and coordinating the ordering of food, beverages and other supplies.

/n
Liaising with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure efficient service delivery.

/n
Monitoring operational costs and assisting with budgeting and cost control.

/n
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and customer service.

/n
Overseeing reservations, table service and customer flow during service periods.

/n




Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, workplace health and safety and applicable hospitality requirements.

/n

About You /n

/n
At least 1 year of relevant experience in restaurant management or a similar hospitality management role.

/n
Solid leadership, staff supervision and team management skills.

/n
Sound knowledge of food and beverage operations.

/n
Excellent organisational and time management skills.

/n
Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

/n
Good understanding of stock control and day-to-day venue operations.

/n
Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements.

/n
Ability to work effectively in a busy hospitality environment.

/n
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
