About the Role

As a Betts Casual Consultant, you’ll:
Deliver exceptional customer service and create an outstanding in-store experience
Help customers find the perfect fit and style
Maintain store presentation and assist with visual merchandising
Work collaboratively with your team to meet sales targets
Be available for weekend, late-night, and holiday shifts

What We’re Looking For




A passion for shoes and fashion
Robust communication and people skills
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred, but not essential)
