Criteria
1. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in ESM or IT service management platforms such as Jira Enterprise Service Management, BMC remedy or Service Now.
2. Robust programming skills in languages such as Python, Java and Groovy.
3. Experience with AWS or other cloud services.
4. Familiarly with CI/CD practices and tools such as Gitlab, Gitlab pipelines & Bitbucket.
5. Proficiency in ESM tools such as Service Now, BMC Helix, Jira Cloud, Cherwell, and other relevant products.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Qualifications
1. ITIL Foundation or higher ITIL level qualifications (e.g., ITIL Managing Qualified,



ITIL Strategic Leader).
2. Advanced certifications in ESM tools, such as Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist, BMC Helix Administrator, or Jira Administrator.
3. Experience with additional ESM tools and platforms, such as Ivanti, Freshservice, or Zendesk.
4. Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Cloud Formation). Previous experience in a similar role within a large enterprise setting.
