Job Description
Access Aged Care is seeking a dedicated General Practitioner to provide in office medical care to residents across Port Stephens and surrounding regions.
This role offers weekday hours only, with dedicated nursing support to coordinate rounds and follow-up care.
You will work with a consistent cohort of residents, delivering proactive, relationship-based care while leveraging telehealth geriatricians and specialists for complex decisions and prevention of deterioration.
