PowerClear is seeking a reliable and motivated Tree Planter to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on outdoor role involving tree planting and associated landscaping and vegetation works across a variety of projects throughout the Gold Coast and South East Queensland.
About the Role
As a Tree Planter, you will work as part of our field team undertaking tree planting and establishment works.
Duties may include:
Planting trees, shrubs and other vegetation
Preparing planting areas, including digging and soil preparation
Installing stakes, ties, guards and other tree protection
Mulching and watering newly planted trees
Loading, unloading and handling plants and materials
General landscaping and vegetation maintenance
Operating hand tools and small plant/equipment where appropriately trained
Maintaining a clean and safe work area
Following site-specific environmental and WHS requirements
Working alongside other crew members to complete projects safely and efficiently
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Enjoys working outdoors and undertaking physically active work
Is reliable, punctual and has a strong work ethic
Is comfortable working in varying weather conditions




Can work effectively as part of a team
Takes pride in completing work to a high standard
Understands the importance of workplace health and safety
Is willing to learn and follow instructions
Previous experience intree planting, landscaping, horticulture, arboriculture or vegetation managementwould be highly regarded; however, training can be provided to the right candidate.
Requirements
Applicants should ideally hold:
Current Australian Driver Licence
White Card
Construction or landscaping experience (desirable)
Relevant horticulture/arboriculture qualifications (desirable)
Experience using landscaping or vegetation management equipment (desirable)
