Job Description
Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) seeks a Specialist Medical Practitioner to lead the Long Term Follow-Up Program (LTFP) clinics at Monash Children's Hospital, Clayton.
You will oversee multidisciplinary survivorship care for children who have completed cancer treatment, working within a statewide framework.
The role requires FRACP or equivalent and current AHPRA registration, with a focus on pediatric oncology survivorship and team leadership across clinics and services.
