WOWAPPS is looking for a fun, bubbly and outgoing Sales Agent to join our Gold Coast team.
Already a telemarketer or appointment setter? If you know the phone is where results begin and you're ready to take the next step, this could be your move into a proper sales role.
You do not need a perfect résumé or years of SaaS experience. You do need confidence, resilience and the discipline to keep dialling. We'll teach you the product and help you grow from starting conversations into running demos, following up and closing deals.
THE MONEY
Strong performers can earn well over $100,000 a year.
That figure is OTE and includes your base salary plus uncapped commission. The better you sell, the more you earn. Simple.
THE ROLE
You'll spend your day talking with cafe, restaurant and venue owners across Australia and showing them how WOWAPPS can make running their business easier.
Dialling is everything here. More quality calls create more conversations. More conversations create more opportunities. If you understand that maths and enjoy the buzz of getting someone interested, you'll fit right in.
Some conversations will be quick. Some will turn into demos. Some will need a few follow-ups before they become a sale. Your job is to build rapport, ask the right questions and keep the conversation moving.
This is your chance to step beyond simply booking appointments. You'll learn more of the sales process, take ownership of opportunities and build the skills to close.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Make consistent outbound calls and talk with hospitality business owners every day
Start natural conversations without sounding like a robot
Ask good questions and qualify genuine opportunities
Book and run product demos as your skills grow
Explain WOWAPPS in plain English
Handle objections without getting weird about it




Follow up properly and keep clean notes in the CRM
Work towards clear activity and sales targets
Close deals and earn commission

Have experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, outbound phone sales or a call centre
Understand that consistent dial volume drives results
Are confident picking up the phone and talking to new people
Can build rapport quickly and keep a conversation moving
Stay upbeat when someone says no
Are competitive, target driven and motivated by commission
Are coachable and happy to use a proven process
Want to learn more than appointment setting and grow into a complete salesperson
SaaS or hospitality sales experience is a bonus, but it is not required. We care more about your phone habits, energy and willingness to improve.
