Part Time/Casual Allied Health Receptionist
The successful candidate will be primarily based in Lismore but this may expand to other locations and will be responsible for providing a welcoming experience for patients while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of clinics.
Key responsibilities
Welcoming patients and providing skilled front-desk support
Answering telephone calls and responding to patient enquiries
Managing appointments, bookings and cancellations
Processing payments and private health insurance claims
WorkCover, Medicare, Veteran Affairs, Support at Home and NDIS knowledge preferable but not essential
Maintaining accurate patient records
Liaising with practitioners and other team members
General administrative and reception duties
Working confidently and flexibly across multiple locations
About you
Has previous medical,



allied health or reception experience
Has excellent communication and customer service skills
Is organised, reliable and professional
Can work independently as well as part of a team
Is happy and able to travel between multiple locations
Has strong computer and administrative skills
Demonstrates empathy and professionalism when dealing with patients
Experience with Cliniko will be highly regarded
