Stanmore Resources Limited in Queensland is seeking a senior HR advisor to join our South Walker Creek mine site on a full time basis (9 day fortnight). You will partner with site leaders, deliver end-to-end HR support including workforce planning, ER/IR matters, and leadership development, and mentor the HR team to drive commercially astute people outcomes.
Senior HR support will influence workforce strategy and site-level people initiatives while ensuring compliance with Australian employment
