Job Description
We are seeking Electrical Supervisor responsible for overseeing and coordinating electrical work teams workshop based and on-site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You will lead a team of electricians and apprentices, providing guidance, support, and hands-on expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
n
Plan supervise and coordinate electrical workforce balancing team resources.
n
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
n
Lead from the front in promoting an innovative culture.
n
Provide leadership and support to a team of electricians and apprentices.
n
Conduct site inspections and risk assessments.
n
Liaise with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
n
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.
n
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
n
Maintain a record of materials onsite and ensure stocks remain available for the continuation of the project.
n




You will be:
n
Qualified electrician with a valid license.
n
Proven experience in a supervisory role.
n
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety regulations.
n
Excellent leadership and robust written & verbal communication skills.
n
Ability to work effectively in a team workplace.
n
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
n
Ideally possessing or progressing to electrical contractors license.
n
Proof of right to work in Australia
