The Role

Run your own commercial sales and leasing campaigns
n
Manage listings from appraisal through to transaction
n
Conduct inspections and negotiate with owners, tenants and buyers
n
Prospect for new business and generate listings
n
Build strong relationships with landlords, investors and occupiers
n
Prepare proposals, marketing campaigns and market updates
n

About You
n
n




Degree in Property, Property Economics or a related discipline
n
Real estate experience highly regarded
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
Confident, driven and commercially minded
n
Comfortable managing your own workload and client relationships
n
Keen to build a long-term career in commercial property
n
