Job Description
Full-time, permanent role – Monday to Friday.

Pay rate negotiable in line with experience
n
Your own designated spray booth within a fully-equipped workshop with industry-leading repair technology
n
The position will involve, but not be limited to:
n
n
Mixing and matching paints to manufacturer specifications using computerized colour matching systems
n
Applying primers, base coats, and clear coats to repaired panels and full vehicles
n
Blending and fading paint to achieve seamless colour matches
n
Inspecting finished paintwork for quality before vehicles move to the detail stage
n
Working efficiently to production targets without compromising finish quality
n
Maintaining spray equipment, the booth, and accurate job records
n
n
To be successful, you must be able to prove below pre-requisites:
n
n
Completed trade qualification in Automotive Refinishing or equivalent experience
n
Proven experience (2-3+ years)



of automotive spray painting in a smash repair or refinishing environment
n
Strong attention to detail with colour matching and blending skills
n
Ability to work to targets in a high-volume production setting
n
Detail-oriented with a consistent, high standard of finish
n
Reliable, safety-conscious, and a solid team player
n
Full Australian work rights required
n
n
