A full time hybrid role where you'll take ownership of our YouTube and Instagram content, helping ideate, create, edit and publish across both platforms.
This isn't just a videography role. You'll be involved in the full content lifecycle, from concept and scripting through to shooting, editing, posting and optimisation.
Key responsibilities:
Turn ideas into strong hooks and scripts
Help shoot content on-site 2 days p/w
Edit short-form Reels and YouTube videos
Analyse what performs and create more of what works
About you:
Proven experience creating social media content on IG/YT
Understand hooks, retention and storytelling
Can work quickly without sacrificing quality
Can take ownership without needing constant direction
