An established and highly regarded insurance brokerage is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join its Brisbane CBD team with a strong focus on the construction sector.
n
The Role
n
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of construction-focused clients across their insurance programs including:
n
n
Managing day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of construction clients
n
Handling renewals, policy amendments, endorsements and general servicing
n
Reviewing client risks and ensuring appropriate insurance solutions are in place
n
Working closely with insurers and underwriters to negotiate competitive terms
n
Assisting with new business opportunities and client growth
n
Providing high-quality advice and maintaining strong client relationships
n
Working alongside senior brokers and internal teams to deliver a high level of service
n
n




About You
n
n
Proven experience as an Account Manager
n
Solid exposure to construction insurance
n
Experience across commercial general insurance lines, ideally including ISR, Liability, Motor, Property and Professional Indemnity
n
Strong client relationship and communication skills
n
The ability to manage a portfolio independently and work to deadlines
n
A professional, proactive and commercially minded approach
n
Tier 1 qualified
n
