This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join an established commercial builder with a strong reputation and an outstanding base of repeat clients.

The Opportunity

You'll take ownership of a varied portfolio of commercial projects, backed by established systems, experienced site teams and a highly capable management group.
n
You'll have genuine autonomy to lead your projects, make decisions and develop robust relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
n
The business also has an excellent record of developing its people, with genuine examples of employees progressing from Contracts Administration through Project Management and into senior leadership.

About You
n
They are looking for an experienced Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership and building strong relationships.

You'll bring:

A strong portfolio of commercial construction projects
n
Solid Contracts Administration experience
n
Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
n
Excellent client and subcontractor relationships
n
Leadership and communication skills
n
Reliable references
n
A strong commercial project portfolio and solid CA grounding are essential.
