We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista/All-Rounder to join our friendly team.

Key Responsibilities

Coffee Preparation: Expertly prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages.
n
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, and ensure an exceptional experience.
n
Shop Operations: Open and close the shop efficiently, ensuring all tasks are completed.
n
Cleaning & Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including regular cleaning of equipment and surfaces.
n
Waste Management: Take out bins as necessary.
n
MarketShifts: Participate in Saturday/Sunday market shifts as required.
n
Money Handling: Process payments accurately and manage the cash register.
n




Kitchen Assistance: Perform basic kitchen-hand tasks during downtime or as needed.

Requirements

Experience: A minimum of 6 months of barista experience is essential. You must be confident in operating coffee machines and producing consistently excellent coffee.
n
Availability: Weekend availability is mandatory.

Employment Details

This role will be offered under a part-time employee agreement. You will work approximately 2 shifts per week, including weekends. Additional hours may be available during peak periods or for market events.
