Looking for a Junior Delivery Lead to join a large-scale transformation program, supporting the delivery of multiple technology and integration streams within a complex, matrixed workplace.
n
This is a hands-on delivery role suited to someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex programs, coordinating multiple teams, driving actions and keeping delivery moving.
n
About the Role
n
Reporting to the Senior Delivery Lead, you will take ownership of the day-to-day delivery activities for 1-2 squads, while also supporting coordination and governance across the broader program.
n
You will work closely with Delivery Leads, Program Managers, Product Managers and business and technology SMEs to ensure dependencies are managed, issues are resolved and key milestones remain on track.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead the day-to-day delivery of 1-2 squads.
n
Coordinate Agile delivery activities including sprint planning and delivery ceremonies.
n
Maintain and manage RAID logs, actions, risks, issues and dependencies.
n
Facilitate issue resolution and proactively remove delivery blockers.
n
Coordinate cross-stream meetings, agendas, minutes and follow-up actions.
n
Gather stream-level updates and contribute to program reporting and presentations.
n




Track timelines, deliverables and outstanding actions across multiple workstreams.
n
Support the Senior Delivery Lead and Program Manager with the overall Program Plan.
n
Manage project documentation, repositories and delivery artefacts.
n
Work with other Delivery Leads to manage inter- and intra-stream dependencies.
n
Collaborate with Program Managers, Product Managers and business and technology SMEs.
n

About You
n
You will be a proactive and highly organised delivery professional who is comfortable working across multiple teams and managing competing priorities.
n
You will have:
n
n
A background in Technology Delivery, Project Management or Digital Transformation.
n
Experience working within a large, complex or matrixed organisation.
n
Strong Agile delivery experience.
n
Experience coordinating multiple workstreams, squads or technology teams.
n
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
n
Proven ability to manage RAID, dependencies, actions and delivery plans.
n
A hands-on approach and willingness to get into the detail.
n
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to bring structure to ambiguity.
n
The confidence to proactively chase actions, challenge delays and escalatwhere required.
