Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day property management tasks, including tenant communications, maintenance coordination, and property inspections.
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and landlords to ensure outstanding service and satisfaction.
n
Work alongside our leasing consultant who handles all tenant applications and property viewings, allowing you to focus on property management duties.
n
Collaborate with our dedicated administration team, who will manage rent increases, new leases, and lease renewals, so you can focus on what you do best.

Strong communication and organisational skills – we need someone with excellent attention to detail and strong administrative skills to manage tasks efficiently and effectively.
