A Recruitment Consultant role within AUSTCORP's aged care Division, focused on sourcing quality candidates, managing client requirements, and delivering exceptional service. This is a warm desk with established clients, existing relationships, and an active pipeline of vacancies.

Key responsibilities

Sourcing and interviewing candidates across the aged care industries
n
Managing a large pool of casual and permanent employees
n
Matching candidates to suitable opportunities
n
Coordinating interviews, onboarding and mobilisation
n
Building robust relationships with existing clients and candidates
n
Maintaining accurate candidate records within the recruitment system
n
Ensuring a high level of customer service to both clients and candidates
n

About you

Positive, energetic and driven to succeed
n
A great communicator who enjoys speaking with people
n
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
n
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
n




Recruitment experience is desirable but not essential
n
Experience in customer service, sales, administration will be highly regarded
