Dribond Construction Chemicals is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and physically capable Factory Operator to join our production team on a full-time basis at our Wetherill Park facility.
n
This is a hands‐on, physically demanding role in a fast‐paced manufacturing environment, where you'll be actively involved in the day‐to‐day production and factory operations. If you enjoy working with your hands, staying busy, and being part of a tight‐knit team, this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Assisting with daily manufacturing and batching processes
n
Lifting and handling heavy materials and products safely
n
Accurately picking, packing, and labeling orders
n
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the factory floor
n
Operating forklifts and other machinery as required
n
Maintaining stock records and assisting with general warehouse duties
n
Answering occasional phone inquiries and providing basic customer service




n
Following all workplace health and safety procedures
n
n
What We're Looking For:

A strong work ethic and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks
n
Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment
n
Forklift licence (preferred, but not the main focus of the role)
n
A team player with good communication skills
n
Basic computer literacy skills
n
The ability to take initiative and work independently when needed
n
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
n
A pre‐employment medical and/or fitness‐for‐work assessment may be required prior to commencement.
