ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of the Tony White Group, Reef City Motors is a busy and dynamic multi-franchise dealership located in Gladstone. With our continued growth, we are looking to welcome multiple motivated and reliable Vehicle Detailers to our team.
We're seeking people who take pride in their work, have a great eye for detail and enjoy being part of a fast-paced, supportive team. Whether you already have experience in vehicle detailing or are ready to bring a strong work ethic and willingness to learn, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a great opportunity to join a well-established dealership group and play an important role in ensuring our vehicles are presented to the highest standard for our customers.
SKILLS
As a Vehicle Detailer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every customer receives their new or serviced vehicle in immaculate condition. Your responsibilities will include:
Washing, polishing and detailing new and used vehicles
Preparing vehicles for customer delivery and showroom display
Maintaining presentation standards across the dealership
Working efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality




Supporting the dealership team to deliver an outstanding customer experience
ABOUT YOU
A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Robust time management and organisational skills
The ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team
A positive, "can-do" attitude with a willingness to learn
Confidence, honesty, reliability and flexibility
A current unrestricted driver's licence
Previous vehicle detailing experience is preferred but
not essential

Availability to work occasional overtime when required
