Job Description
Infinite Care is recruiting a Regional Admissions Manager – VIC & NSW to lead occupancy growth and support CAMs across VIC and NSW.
You will translate strategy into regional plans, monitor occupancy, and ensure compliant, person-centred admissions processes.
The role involves coaching teams, engaging referral partners, and hands-on leadership across homes.
You will review data, mentor CAMs, strengthen referral pathways and travel across QLD, NSW and VIC to support admissions and occupancy
