BX Bunka Australia, specifically Steel Line Garage Doors, is looking for a competent individual to fill the role of Customer Service Administratorrole on a part time basis- 3 days a week - Monday, Tuesday and Friday initially.
Working out of our Coffs Harbor office, the successful incumbent will need to possess the following;
Requirements
Have a level of skill commensurate with 2 to 3 years of administration experience.
Requires strong technical and problem solving skills, and setting of priorities.
Required to exercise good time management
Requires interpersonal skills
Should possess sound coordination and communication skills,
Computer skills are essential.
Duties
Receive and direct telephone calls and relay conversation and pertinent messages to others while maintaining accuracy, clarity and confidentiality.
Perform the Debtors and Creditors function for the branch including, coding invoices, requesting proof of delivery dockets,



matching invoices with cheques and EFT payments chasing payments and ensuring suppliers invoices are sent to Head Office in a timely manner
Complete, print and post invoices to customers
Ensure that all Data entry is done with a high level of accuracy
Create appointment schedules where necessary.
Ensure the proper filing of documents.
Function as the receiver of all mail addressed to the office and collate all mail that needs to be sent to Head Office on weekly basis.
Archive records with line with legislative requirements
Be aware and adhere closely to the rules and regulations, policies and procedures of the organisation and familiarise yourself with internal Computer systems.
Perform other reasonable duties as required by your manager.
