Job Description
MPAU Sales is seeking an experienced Regional Retail Manager to lead a network of showroom managers and a 30-person sales team across Sydney Metro.
You will drive sales performance, coach leaders, and uphold exceptional customer experiences.
Reporting to Head of Retail NSW, you will oversee recruitment, succession planning, workforce planning, compliance, and showroom standards while building a high-performing culture that blends commercial success with people development.
