This is a varied office-based role involving general administration, customer communication, graphics coordination, and sales support.
You'll be joining a friendly, supportive team in a busy and fast-paced office environment.
Key responsibilities
General reception and administration duties
Answering and directing phone calls
Communicating with customers via email, phone and in-person
Providing customers with prices and quotations
Making follow-up calls to customers
Assisting and supporting our sales team
Data entry and updating customer/order information
Learning the basics of other roles to assist and fill in as required
Coordinating customer artwork and graphics requirements
Liaising with customers and our graphic design team regarding artwork, changes and approvals

Be organised and able to work in a fast-paced workplace
Have great attention to detail
Be friendly and confident communicating with customers
Be confident and professional on the phone
Be able to learn current computer systems and processes quickly
Be comfortable managing multiple jobs and following up outstanding tasks
Work well both within a team and independently
Have a happy, positive and proactive attitude
Previous administration or customer service experience would be beneficial.
No previous graphics experience required.
HOURS
8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
