Everyday Independence is seeking a Youth Lead Practitioner to support adolescents and young adults aged 9-25 with disabilities.
You'll work across homes, schools, and community settings, leading an interdisciplinary youth team to plan NDIS-funded therapy packages and help participants achieve personal and educational goals.
Robust communication, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to growth are essential.
