Food Production Officer & Packaging Officer
La Stella Latticini is seeking motivated individuals to join our production team in hands-on cheese production and packaging operations.

We are actively developing team members into future Supervisors, Product Leaders, and Production Managers.
Key responsibilities
Receiving and handling fresh milk
Operating milk pasteurisation systems
Coagulating and cutting curd
Stretching and forming soft cheese
Moulding and preparing cheese for packaging
Maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards
Overseeing packaging lines and team members
Ensuring correct labelling, sealing, and product presentation
Maintaining GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) compliance
Conducting quality control checks
Supporting efficient and safe production flow
About you
Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn




Interested in food manufacturing or cheese production
Committed to quality, hygiene, and teamwork
Looking for long-term stable employment and career growth
Previous food manufacturing experience is an advantage but not essential
