Join an established team in this large not-for-profit Residential Aged Care home in regional QLD.
Reporting into the Clinical Manager you will work alongside other Clinical Nurses to lead a team of Registered Nurses and Carers.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create a resident-centric culture within the home
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, standards and policies

Education
Key Requirements
AHPRA Registered Nurse
Previous experience as CN or Senior RN in Aged Care
Knowledge and understanding of Aged Care & NDIS Standards
