Content Creation | Social Media | Retail

This is a combined position which blends social media content creation with retail customer service. You'll be involved in everything from helping customers in-store to creating engaging content which showcases our products and brand personality. You'll work alongside the business owner to represent Katie B across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok as well as develop weekly email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys being hands-on, thinks creatively and isn't afraid to jump in front of the camera or direct others in front of the camera to help bring content ideas to life.

Key responsibilities

Providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service
n
Assisting with merchandising, stock handling and store presentation
n
Representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm online
n
Creating engaging content across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
n
Creating weekly email marketing campaigns
n
Appearing on camera and directing others during content creation
n
About you
n
A natural flair for social media and storytelling
n
High accurate written and spoken communication
n
Confidence to appear on camera and guide others during content creation
n
Strong time management and interpersonal skills




n
A team player who also has the ability to work independently
n
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
Experience in both retail and social media is a bonus, but not essential
n
This job can be part-time or full-time depending on your preference
