Job Description
Drive Group Australia is seeking a Customer Experience Officer to join our automotive team in Hume/ACT.
This full time role focuses on front-of-house administration and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients during the repair journey.
You will greet customers, provide timely updates via phone, SMS or email, book drop-offs and pickups, and collaborate with production, parts and estimating teams to minimise delays.
