About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you will:
Prospect and generate new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers
Conduct property inspections and open homes
Manage buyer enquiries and follow-ups
Assist in negotiating sales and closing transactions
Maintain accurate client records and database management




Work collaboratively within a high-performing sales team
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
Well-presented and professional
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Real estate registration/certificate (or willingness to obtain)
