Responsibilities:

Work autonomously and be responsible for purchasing itemsand materials from local (Australian) andinternational suppliers.
n
Seek suppliers through online ecommerce websites.
n
Coordination of logistics
n
Liaising with customs brokerand freight forwarder re shipments, custom clearance and delivery.
n
Review our existing product offering and identify sales opportunities byintroducing new productscurrently not available in the current range.
n
Communicating with internal
stakeholdersregarding
the status of shipments (warehouse, product and sales teams).
n




Completing other administrative tasks on an ad-hoc basis.
n

Essential Qualities:
n
n
1-2 years' experience in a similar role
n
Experience in the hardware or the automotive industry is preferred
n
Proven ability toprioritisemany tasks at once througheffective problem solvingandstrong organisational skills
n
Strong interpersonal skills and experience developing key relationships
n
Advanced experience in Excel
n
Excellent numerical and analytical skills
n
