Mercy Health in Barwon is seeking a Care Partner on a casual basis to deliver organized, person-centered care in community settings.
You will use your solid interpersonal, communication and leadership skills to support clients living in the community and coordinate with healthcare teams.
Ideal candidates bring time management, flexibility and a compassionate approach, with experience in nursing or allied health being desirable.
Police check and NDIS screening are required or in progress.
