Security Officer (Patrol & Static Duties)

Ultimate Security is currently seeking professional, reliable, and customer-focused Security Officers to join our team at one of Sydney's most recognised and iconic landmarks in the Sydney CBD.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-profile environment while being part of a professional security team dedicated to maintaining the safety and security of visitors, staff, contractors, and members of the public.

Key Responsibilities
n

Conduct routine patrols of the site and surrounding areas
n
Maintain a visible and professional security presence
n
Monitor and control access points
n
Respond to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns
n
Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to visitors
n
Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records
n
Liaise with clients, stakeholders, contractors, and emergency services as required
n
Adhere to site-specific procedures, policies, and safety requirements
n
n
Selection Criteria
n
n
A current NSW Security Licence
n




A current First Aid Certificate
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
A professional presentation and customer-focused approach
n
Robust observation and problem-solving skills
n
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
n
A proactive attitude and commitment to maintaining a safe environment
n
Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, and various shift times
n
