Your Responsibilities
n
n
Support the implementation of WHS, quality and environmental systems across projects
n
Conduct regular site inspections, safety walks and audits
n
Review SWMS, risk assessments and project documentation
n
Provide WHS support and advice to site teams and subcontractors
n




Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions
n
Monitor compliance with WHS legislation, company policies and project requirements
n
Assist with WHS reporting, documentation and system administration
n
Identify potential risks and assist with implementing practical solutions
n
n
About You
n
n
Previous experience as a Safety Officer, WHS Officer, WHS Coordinator or Safety Advisor
n
Construction experience, ideally within Class 2 residential or commercial projects
n
Relevant WHS qualification such as Cert IV WHS or equivalent
n
Strong understanding of Australian WHS legislation and construction practices
n
Experience with SWMS, risk assessments, inspections and audits
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
